About the event
Special note: As this dance falls on the Transgender Day of Remembrance, we invite attendees to dress in respectful shades of white, blue and pink -- the colors of the Transgender Pride flag -- in honor of all Transgender people whose lives have been lost to violence. Black attire also is appropriate.
The first hour of every dance always features beginner line dances and a lesson.
Jerri will be teaching "One Way Ticket Remix" and "That's the Day," an improver-level dance. (Click links for demo videos.)
Between lessons, our friendly Dance Angels (they wear lighted pendants) will be happy to help you with any dances or steps.
At our dances, we have three simple rules: 1) Smile 2) Have fun 3) No drinks on the dance floor, please.
